Goal

One of the managers has went on vacation and set vacation rule for all kinds of notifications. The delegated person (as per vacation rule) is receiving all the notification as per the vacation rule but in the objective approval notifications he is not able to see objective details and also he is not able to take any action for those objectives.

How can the new manager approve the objectives of the employees of another manager using vacation rule?
