Performance issue with the PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes for many streamline options after the 12.2.12 upgrade. Example streamline options run that have performance issues are as follows.

DBL-EBL-ABL DXC: Distribute and Interface Borrowed and Lent Amounts to GL
DUSG-EUSG-AUSG DXU: Distribute and Interface Usage Costs to GL
DPJ-EPJ-APJ DXM: Distribute and Interface Miscellaneous Costs to GL
EBTC-ABTC XBC: Interface Burden Costs to GL
DVC-EXP-ESC-ASC DXS: Distribute and Interface Supplier Costs To GL
ELAB-ALAB XL: Interface Labor Costs To GL
EUSG-AUSG XU: Interface Usage Costs to GL
EPJ-APJ XM: Interface Miscellaneous Costs to GL

Gather Schema Statistics were run for AP, PA, GL, XX, XDO, and XLA, but the performance issue still occurs.

Replication Steps:

1. > Projects responsibility > Other > Requests > Run.
2. Run the PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes. Choose the Streamline Option to run.
