Goal

The Revenue Contingency Assignment Rule Setup is done as per following Note:
<Note 1130963.1> Understanding and Troubleshooting Event-Based Revenue Management
It is working for Transactions (Invoices) created Manually.
However it not working for Project Invoices - Invoices that are imported from Projects module using Autoinvoice.
Why Revenue Contingency Rules are not getting applied on Projects Transactions?
