Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Shipping Transactions form

Orphan records are present for item_type 'WSHTRIP' in workflow tables. 
The corresponding trips doesn't exist in the WSH_TRIPS table. The WSHTRIP workflows had been created for the non existing trips.
