EEO-4 Report XML Job categories not matching with Government EEOC format.
     - Job categories are appearing without the hyphen separating the two words.

Expect that all formatting should match the government file requirements.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the EEO-4 Report XML process (Navigation: US Super HRMS Manager > Processes and Reports > Submit Single Process).
2. Review output - specifically the job categories column.
3. See that requirements show in particular 'Officials - Administrators' and 'Service - Maintenance'.
     See that the output file actually contains values: 'Officials Administrators' and 'Service Maintenance' - these values are incorrect.
