Symptoms

When attempting to run Late Charges Generate program, the child program 'Create Late Charge Documents per worker and batch' ends in Error, as per the log file:

Amount violates the creation sign defined for this transaction type

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:         Late Charges > Late Charges Generate

  1. Submit Late Charges Generate program
  2. Child program 'Create Late Charge Documents per worker and batch' is spawned and it ends in Error
