R12: OIE: Manage Expense Reports Page Error: "Operating Unit" is too long (Doc ID 3002734.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search Expense Reports by Operating Unit Name on the Expenses Audit > Manage Expense Reports page the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to EBS Home > Expenses Auditor responsibility
2. Expenses Audit page > Manage Expense Reports page
3. Try to query expenses by filling the "Operating Unit" parameter > press "Go"
