Symptoms

When attempting to define payments with attachments in the Manage Payroll Payments Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR) page, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
    1. Apply Patch 34842585.
    2. Go into the responsibility: Employee Self-Service.
    3. Navigate to Manage Payroll Payments > Add Bank Payment.
    4. Fill in the information > Apply > Continue.
    5. Attach file and check the Save Attachment checkbox > Submit > Getting error.

Changes

 Patch 34842585 was applied.
