Symptoms

Encountering the below error while trying to complete the task of change Order

Error

This action is not allowed for the change object

Follow the below steps to reproduce the issue 

1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Navigate to PIM Responsiblity-->Change Management-->Change Simple search
3. Search the Change Order
4. Go To lines--> Change Task
5. Select the first task
6. Select Change Status and click Go
7. Encounter the above error on form
