R12: Transaction Dunning History Is Empty When the Dunning Is Created from a Strategy After Upgrade (Doc ID 3003009.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade, Transaction Dunning History is not showing dunning letters if it was created from a strategy.
If the dunning letter is created from a dunning plan, it is showing correctly in the Transaction Dunning History.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

Responsibility: Receivables manager
Navigation: Collections>Collections

1. Assign a strategy with a dunning work item to a customer.
2. Run  IEX: Strategy IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers to send the dunning letter
3. For that customer, check the History>Correspondence tab, to view the sent letter, and verify the invoices on the letter.
4. Go to the Transactions tab, select an invoice that was on the letter, and click on Dunning History. It shows no records related to the letter that was sent in #2
