R12: AP: Getting Error While Updating the PRICE Tolerance for Service Type

Symptoms
When attempting to update the PRICE tolerance check box for the Type 'Service' getting the below error:
FRM-40200: Field is protected against update.
STEPS
------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payable Responsibility
2. Setup > Invoice > Tolerance
3. Create new Tolerance setup
4. Select the type 'service' and enable the PRICE check box
