Product Search for Customer Item Number on a Quote Doesn't Work in Foreign Languages (Doc ID 3003479.1)

Symptoms

When searching for an Item Instance on the Add Products page of a Quote, the product is not found if the session language is a foreign language. If the session language is English, using the same item number, the product is found.

STEPS
Using a non English language session:
1. Using the Quoting User responsibility, navigate: Quotes > Dashboard.
2. Open an existing Quote or create a new one.
3. On the Products tab, click the "Add Product" button below the Products listing.
4. On the Add Product page that opens, enter a known product number.
5. Get a message indicating the product was not found.
