Satisfaction Event Is Not Getting Interfaced To Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) (Doc ID 3004045.1)

Symptoms

When the Extract Revenue Basis is run, the revenue information gets extracted 2 times. 1st at Order Booking and 2nd after completing the fulfillment of the order.

For the second time, the program is extracting the subline information but fails to export it to the interface file.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Order Management Super User
Navigation: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders

1. Create an RMA / return order and book the order.
2. Run the Extract Revenue Basis Data
3. Complete the Order fulfillment.
4. Run the Extract Revenue Basis Data again.
5. Check whether it has interfaced.
