After 12.2.11 eBS Upgrade, The Quality Plan Actions Are No longer Fired When Entering Results from EAM Work Order Completion Page. (Doc ID 3004068.1)

Symptoms

 When entering QA (Oracle Quality) collection plan results for EAM (Oracle Enterprise ASset Management) WO (Work Order) Completion transaction, after saving, the sent email notification action is not fired.

Steps to reproduce:
1. [R] Maintenance Super User (EAM)
2. [N] Work Orders tab > Search for WO.
3. Click on Work Order Completion or Udate and Complete WO.
4. Click on enter QA results icon
5. Save and Apply.
6. The action is not fired and no email notification is being sent.

Changes

 eBS upgrade to 12.2.11.
