Line Amount And Shipping Quantities Are Not Getting Updated In India Tax Details At Delivery

Symptoms
Shipping Quantity Changes are not updating in India Tax Details form at Delivery.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Order Management.
2. Create a sales order and set ship tolerance in shipping tab.
3. Add taxes from tools ->India tax details from.
4. Book the Sales order.
5. Go to Shipping transactions and query the sales Order.
6. Pick release the line.
7. Once the delivery is created, go to the Released line and update the shipped Quantity (add or reduce from original quantity).
8. Ship confirm the Delivery.
9. Find that the line quantities are not updated and tax got calculated on original quantities.
