PASDUC and PALDLC Errored With Signal 11 During Streamline Process (Doc ID 3004556.1)

Symptoms

During 'PRC: Submit Project Streamline Processes (PASTRP)' program using streamline option 'LU: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Cost´, the processes PRC: Distribute Labor Costs (PALDLC) and/or  PRC:Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs (PASDUC) fail by signal 11 error.

The following error appears on the log file:

Steps to Reproduce:
-----------------------
1.Go into the Project Responsibility
2. Navigate to View-> Request
3. Run 'PASTRP: PRC: Submit Project Streamline Processes' for a Project.
4. Select LU:  Labor/Usage Cost.
5. Review log file PRC: Distribute Labor Costs shows signal 11 error.
