Material Exceptions Screen Gives Error, "FRM-40654: Record Has Been Updated By Another User. Re-query To See Change." When Releasing Batch with Two Reservations for One Ingredient (Doc ID 3005071.1)

Symptoms

Whenever the customer has two detailed reservations for an ingredient and the Release the batch, when the Material Exceptions form comes up,
the following error displays immediately.

FRM-40654: Record has been updated by another user.
Re-query to see change

Steps
---------
1. Production Supervisor > Batch Details
2. Retrieve batch with ingredient that has two detailed reservations
3. Release batch (Actions > Release).
4. Material Exceptions comes up and the error pops up.

After clicking OK several times, the error goes away and the user can continue.
