Records Stuck in Rcv_transactions_interface in Status Wsh_interfaced Though it is Interfaced Successfully (Doc ID 3005097.1)

Symptoms

Records stuck in Rcv_transactions_interface (RTI) related to Return to Vendor transactions that has been already interfaced to Order management and wsh_delivery_details.inv_interfaced_flag = 'Y' .

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Profile "RCV: Track Shipments for Return to Vendors" is set to Yes.
  2. From a purchasing responsibility, navigate to receiving > returns and click on New button.
  3. Enter the details on Receiving Returns window and Save.
  4. From Order Management responsibility, navigate to Shipping > Transactions.
  5. From Order Number = Enter the return order number that got generated when the return to vendor is saved in Returns form.
  6. Perform the ship confirm transaction.
  7. Re-query Shipping Transactions for the Return Order and ensure the Status is Shipped.
  8. Run Interface Trip Stop.
  9. Navigate to Shipping > Transactions, Re-query Shipping Transactions for the Return Order and ensure the Status is Interfaced.
  10. Check the record in Rcv_transactions_interface, the record is still in the interface with status wsh_interfaced.
