Symptoms

In Procurement Command Center
Following error observed while trying to access the requisition details from ECC Requisitions Tab.

ERROR:
This requisition does not exist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation - Procurement Command Center Responsibility --> Procurement Operations --> Requisitions Tab.
2. Select any Requisition --> Go to Lines --> Click on Details.
3. Error message appears instead of the Requisition Line Details page.
