Symptoms
When navigating to 'System Administrator > Concurrent > Requests > Submit a New Request Set' and accessing 'Delivery Options,' upon switching to the Email tab and entering the desired email addresses, it has been observed that output mail is generated only for the first program within the Request Set, with no corresponding output for the 2nd and 3rd programs.
