Symptoms

User is submitting volume offer for approval request and after several minutes the screen returns with error.

Error
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.


Steps
1. Trade Management User > Trade Planning > Offers
2. Select offer, submit for approval
3. Error
