Ship To Location Field Is Not Editable In The Order Schedules Tab And In The Order Shipments Page (Doc ID 3005810.1)

In Buyer Work Center, Ship to Location field is not editable in the Order schedules tab and in the Order Shipments page for approved purchase orders


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Super User
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center
3. Go to Orders > Select Approved Orders
4. Click on Update > Go to the Order Schedule tab and Order Shipment Details Page
5. Ship to Location LOV field is now read-only (non-editable).
