Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied the Patch 34241625:R12.FND.C to resolve the corresponding issue.
2. When modifying the delivery channels by clicking the Delivery Opts tab in an already scheduled request, multiple popup windows appear and the below errors are generated.
