Sales Order Launching Generic Configurator UI Instead Of Published UI (Doc ID 3005883.1)

Symptoms

A model is published from Configurator to Order management. It is expected to open the published UI, but instead it launches the generic UI. This issue is happening for a specific model and other models are working fine. The profile option - CZ: Generic Configurator UI Type is set to HTML_HIERARCHICAL_TABLE at User level.

Steps to reproduce

1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Query order number
4. Go to line and click Configurator button, see Configurator is launched in Java Applet instead of HTML UI
