Depot Returns Portal Changes Item Quantity Automatically To 1 When Entering A Return (Doc ID 3005964.1)

Symptoms

When users try to create a Return Order in the Depot Repair Returns Portal, they enter the Customer Data, Item and a Quantity larger than 1. After entering and validating the Return Type field, the quantity is automatically changed to 1.

 

Steps
(R) Depot Repair Manager
(N) Depot Repair > Repair Returns Portal
Click Enter Returns
Customer Type = “Organization”
Enter Customer information
Enter the fields ITEM and QUANTITY of 10
Enter the “Return Type”
Tab over to the next field

Quantity changes from 10 to 1
