R12: AP: Error "ORA-01403: No Data Found" In Package AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Update_Vendor_Site While Updating the Supplier Site (Doc ID 3005995.1)

Unable to update a supplier site using the Payables Vendors Public APIs.

API procedure AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Update_Vendor_Site_public raises the following error:

ORA-01403: no data found in Package AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG Procedure Validate_Vendor_Site

Steps to reproduce:

1. AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Update_Vendor_Site_public was executed to end date a batch of supplier sites.

2. API is ending with the described error for some of the supplier sites. So, not all the supplier sites are updated as expected.
