Rebooking a Contract Allows Decrease in Quantity and Removal of Serial Number, but it Still Appears on a Termination Quote

Symptoms
Abandoned Serial Numbers are shown in the Serial Number Search LOV on a Termination Quote. The Serial Number Search LOV on a Termination Quote should not show Abandoned Serial Numbers.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the Lease Super User responsibility, Rebook a Lease Contract and decrease the number of Units and Remove a Serial Number.
2. Create a Termination Quote and select the Serial Number(s) to be terminated.
3. See that the Serial Number that was removed during the Rebook is listed in the LOV.
