When updating the Alternate Resource attributes using WIP Mass Load, the Alternate Resource details are being removed from the Alternate Resources form.

Symptoms
When using WIP Mass Load to provide a key value pair into a call which changes all of the scheduled flags for the primary and alternate
resources on that routing to no, this update deletes all the Alternate Resource attributes. This occurs for version 12.2.9 and 12.2.12. Previously in
version 12.2.4, there were no issues.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Alternate Resource details should remain on the Alternate Resources form, when changing the Alternate Resource attributes using
WIP Mass Load.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert data into WJSI and WJDI to update the resource and alternateresource attribute for the existing job.
2. Submit WIP Mass Load for the group id
3. Navigate to Discrete Jobs --> Operations --> Resources --> AlternateResources form
4. Verify that the alternate resource information is available on the form
