Symptoms

When attempting to add funding using API PA_AGREEEMENT_PUB.ADD_FUNDING getting below error.

The total funding amount is greater than the draft amount

This issue can be reproduced with below steps:
1. Connect to SQLPlus using APPS login.
2. Execute API script PA_AGEEMENT_PUB.ADD_FUNDING
3. Review script output
