Symptoms
Getting following error message while trying to Baseline Funding:
Cause: Total amount allocated is less than amount already accrued and/or billed.
Action: You must allocate enough funds to cover the revenue which has already been accrued and/or billed against the allocated funding.

Steps to reproduce:
- From a projects responsibility, navigate to Billing > Funding Inquiry
- Search for project number and press on Baseline Funding then receive the error
