During Repository Contract Authoring, Documents Tab does not Show All Documents Categories when Navigating from Risks Tab or Clauses Tab (Doc ID 3006277.1)

Symptoms

Find that when authoring a repository contract and navigating to documents tab, the category field shows all 4 categories which are:
Contract Image
Contract
External Document
Internal Document

However, if the navigation to the documents tab is either from clauses tab or the risk tab, then only the following 2 categories show:
External Document
Internal Document


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Contract Workbench Admin responsibility, author a repository contract.
2. Enter the header information.
3. Navigate to Documents tab to add documents.
4. Choose Action >> Add new Document >> Go.
5. Category field has 4 values to choose from, which is correct.
6. Do not add document, but navigate to Risks tab.
7. Click on Add Risk and enter Risk details.
8. Click on Apply.
9. Navigate to Documents tab.
10. Perform the steps to add a new document and that is where the category field shows only 2 values to choose from which is incorrect.
