Symptoms

Customer is using workflow line type as "Line Flow - Generic, Bill Only with Inventory Interface". After order line is booked, the line workflow is in error

ERROR

User-Defined Exception: OE_Inv_Iface_WF.Inventory_Interface(OEOL, XXXX, XXX, RUN) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_INV_IFACE_WF.INVENTORY_INTERFACE, OEOL, XXXX, XXX, RUN)


STEPS

1. Go to Oracle Applications > Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to menu path > Order, Returns > Sales Order Form
3. Enter order header and order line. On the order line use the line type as "Line Flow - Generic, Bill Only with Inventory Interface"
4. Book the order > Line workflow does not progress and is stuck with error
