Depot Repair: Technician Portal is Issuing Item Duplicates When Job Is Completed (Doc ID 3006386.1)

Symptoms

After a job has been created in Depot Repair and the Technician Portal has been opened items can be selected to issue . During the process all of the values are correct after issuing, but after the job has been completed the amount issued is doubled and an inverse amount added to the qty to be issued. This only happens to items that have been added to the list of items manually.

 

The issue can be reproduced using following steps:

1. Log in with Depot Repair responsibility.
2. Create a Service Order.
3. Create a job for this service order.
4. Go to Technician Portal and add Material lines for the job with qty 1 to issue.
5. Issue the materials. Issued quantity shows as 1.
6. Complete the operations. Issued quantity shows as 1.
7. Complete the job. Issued quantity shows as 2.
