Symptoms

Party Merge is failing and the log file is showing below error


**** Error ****
Error: Merge failed in procedure CE_PARTY_MERGE_PKG.BRANCH_MERGE for entity CE_BANK_BRANCHES_MERGE_V
Bank branch parties cannot be merged.
.... One or more of the Merges in the batch had errors.
.... Please check the log file
.... No changes from the batch have been applied


Steps to reproduce
Responsibility: Trading Community responsibility
Navigation: Data Quality Management > Party Merge
1. Enter From and To customer.
2. Submit the merge.
