Future Pay Allocation Page Allowing allocation creation with blank amount fields.

When allocating a future pay receipt to a Quote/Contract, if you enter the Allocated Amount first then enter the Quote Number, it is allowing the receipt allocation to be saved with blank amounts. If they are saved that way then the Future Pay Sweep Program will not pick the receipt up to be processed in effect leaving the receipt sitting stranded until user manually intervenes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, navigate to operations >> receipts.
2. Create or query (and Update) a Future Pay Receipt with No Allocations.
3. Click on update and add Quote Allocation.
4. Enter the Allocated Amount.
As soon as you leave the Allocated Amount field you get prompted for “You must enter a value for Quote Number”.
5. Enter Quote Number.
6. Hit Apply. Amount Fields left blank.
7. Run Future Pay Sweep Program.
Enter contract number parameter and termination quote number.
Future Pay Sweep Program Results – nothing processed.
