Symptoms
Problem Statement:

Custom text fields 'Project Name' and 'Task Name' which appear in Self Service time entry do show values in Mobile Timecard App.
Step To Reproduce:
----------------------
1. Log in to Mobile Timecard App
2. Enter the Project and check the LOV of the custom column 'Project Name'.
3. No value is displayed
4. Same case with Task and the custom column 'Task Name'
