Symptoms

Below error is raised when clicking the "Update" link in Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Order Management Dashboard in V9.

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to ECC.
2. Go to OM Dashboard.
3. On orders tab click update link next to one of the sales orders.
4. Error is raised.
