Problem Statement:

Gross To Net Summary report output shows the Element Name instead of Reporting Name.

Steps To Reproduce:
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: HRMS/Payroll Manager

2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request

3. Run 'Gross To Net Summary' or 'Gross To Net Summary (PDF)'

4. Check the output
