Symptoms
Budget Funds Check Result form shows two records for each task for some projects.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Projects Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Budget screen.
3. Enter a Project Number and click on Find Draft.
4. Click on Tools > View Funds Check Results.
5. Click on the Task Tab.
6. Check whether there are duplicates for each task or not.
