Symptoms

Requisition attachment (Document Builder) not getting transferred to Modification


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility

2. Requisitions > New requisition > Approved

3. Logon to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) User

4. Award

5. Add new schedule

6. Modification > Add new requisition lines through : Add Funds to existing Award/Mod action

7. Attachments not available in Modification
