Inventory Organizations Are Not Restricted Based On Organization Access Setup In BOM Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Dashboard (Doc ID 3006741.1)

Symptoms

Inventory Organizations are not restricted based on the responsibility organization access setup restriction in BOM enterprise command center (ECC) dashboard. The system is expected to show only those organizations which have organization access for the given responsibility.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Bills of Material responsibility
2. Open BOM Dashboard
3. See that on left side, it shows list of organizations which are nowhere linked to the current responsibility and which do not have org access provided.
