Symptoms

Error ORA-1403 when the user selects "Start Action" for a payment process request.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle Applications using a Payables responsiblity
  2. Open the Payments Manager Dashboard
    (N) Payments > Entry > Payments Manager
  3. Query a submitted Payment Process Request (PPR) that is currently in "Need Action" status
  4. Click on the "Start Action" icon.
