Incremental Load Of Lines Via Open Interface Error with You cannot enter an evergreen amount for the payment [RENT] for Contract (Doc ID 3006826.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to load contracts using the open interface process, some of the larger contract are loaded incrementally over a period of time which works without issue unless Evergreen Rent is specified on the payment lines.

When added on any additional load the following error is raised:

You cannot enter an evergreen amount for the payment [RENT] for Contract [RLC-TST-LL-1CCT/6], line [ASSET].


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the contract interface create a contract with payment lines for the assets including Evergreen Rent, the contract should be loaded as new.
2. Add additional lines to the contract via the contract interface while the contract is in the new status, include Evergreen Rent on the payment lines and you will receive the error.
