Ship Confirm Allows Transacting Even When Serial Numbers Are Not Entered (Doc ID 3006880.1)

When user is processing a Delivery, and a multiple line order has a couple of parts that need serial numbers the following Warning occurs

This means user needs to enter serial numbers. However, if user misses a part that needs serial numbers or enter 5 serial numbers for 6 parts, it allows user to click on OK.
This causes the serial items with no serial numbers to drop from the delivery as well as the delivery id is removed from the line.

The message should keep popping up until all the needed serial numbers are entered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Shipping Transactions form
3. Ship Confirm delivery
