Symptoms

Newly created operating unit not appearing in the list of value (LOV) of organization name in first party registration form.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Oracle Financial for India > Party Registration > First Party Registration.
2. Click on Organization LOV.
3. Observe newly created operating unit is not appearing in LOV.
