Symptoms

When attempting to run "JPK Sales and Purchase Registers for Poland" report, the following error in displayed in log:

Error while generating Receivables data...ORA-01861: literal does not match format string


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Ran "JPK Sales and Purchase Registers for Poland".
