Unable To View Any Data From Command Center Page After Running Job Service Contracts Command Center Data Load (Doc ID 3007022.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, ECC Installation


Post running the job 'Service Contracts Command Center Data Load', the job status shows that data load has finished successfully but unable to view any data from Command Center Page.
The program has failed and below errors are observed

Data load concurrent program failed
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
CP main completed runProgram for oracle.apps.fnd.ecc.dataload.EccDataLoadCP


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Service Contracts (R)
Run the Program'Service Contracts Command Center Data Load'
The Job status shows that data load has finished successfully
Check from Command Center page which does not show any data
