Symptoms

While trying to access Buyer Work Center -> Requisitions, the following error is being thrown, and users cannot get to the form

You Are Not Setup As An Worker. To Access This Form You Need To Be A Worker

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Buyer Work Center -> Requisitions
2. Error is received and cannot get to the form
3. Checked known setups needed and they have all been completed
