Error INV_SEC_UOM_IS_NOT_NULL While Trying To Create Item Using Import Items Program (Doc ID 3007250.1)

When attempting to load the Items using Import Items program, the following error occurs in the log file.

COLUMN NAME : SECONDARY_UOM_CODE
MESSAGE NAME : INV_INVALID_ATTR_COL_VALUE
ERROR MESSAGE : Attribute column value is not valid.

ERROR MESSAGE : If tracking and pricing are set to Primary, then Secondary Unit of measure can only have a null value.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate data into interface table MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE
2. Run Import Items program
(N): Inventory Responsibility > Items > Import > Import Items > Choose Organization > Submit program with the default parameters or as required.
