Symptoms

Record stuck with the below error in transaction status summary form after running receiving transaction processor

Error: This document type is currently not supported for this process.

Please follow the below steps to reproduce the issue

1. Populate receiving open interface tables for the inter-org shipment. Refer Doc ID 1115743.1 for more details
2. Log in to purchasing responsibility
3. Run receiving transaction processor with specific group_id
4. Navigate to Receiving-->Transaction Status Summary
5. Observe that the record is stuck with the above error
